typo3/cms is a free open source Content Management Framework initially created by Kasper Skaarhoj and licensed under GNU/GPL.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Arbitrary Code Execution and Insecure Deserialization. Phar files can act as self extracting archives which leads to the fact that source code is executed when Phar files are invoked.
