How to fix?

Upgrade System.Net.Http to version 2.1.7, 2.2.1 or higher.

Overview

System.Net.Http Provides a programming interface for modern HTTP applications, including HTTP client components that allow applications to consume web services over HTTP and HTTP components that can be used by both clients and servers for parsing HTTP headers.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Information Exposure. It allows bypassing Cross-origin Resource Sharing (CORS) configurations. An attacker who successfully exploited the vulnerability could retrieve content, that is normally restricted, from a web application.
